What is Self-Talk

Self-talk is the ongoing conversation that takes place in our minds, playing a crucial role in mindset coaching. It influences how we interpret experiences, respond to challenges, and view ourselves, ultimately impacting our personal growth.  


• Self-talk combines thoughts, beliefs, and internal messages that shape how we process everyday situations.  


• It can be supportive and encouraging or negative and self-defeating.  


• Healthy self-talk increases awareness, strengthens confidence, reduces stress, and helps create more intentional responses to challenges, all of which are essential components of personal growth.  


• By learning to recognize and shift unhelpful thinking patterns, self-talk can become a tool that supports growth rather than limits it.
